Counselling & Psychotherapy for Individuals

Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy sessions are for you if you’re feeling stuck and unable to make a desired change in your life. These sessions can also help you to move out of people pleasing, perfectionism, and heavy emotions such as sadness, hopelessness, despair, anger & irritability. They can also assist you to move from loneliness to connection and support you to make the shift from coping strategies that feel good short-term, but don’t support you over time. I offer face to face sessions in my office in central Canberra and also work remotely via Zoom:

Couples Therapy

The couples who come into my practice are frequently feeling disconnected. We work carefully together to re-establish or re-develop that bond. Occasionally, I help clients to separate and sometimes I work with clients who are still feeling the love and want to fine tune their skillls to ensure their relationship stays healthy over the long term.
